Table Runner

At the workshop on Saturday my good friend Joan was working on Christmas table runners. This pattern is a cool one to make because you quit it as you sew. Notice on this picture that the back and batting are there and you start with a square and then add strips. When you are done witht he strips you add two boarders.....then all you have to do is bind the sides and you are done. She sewed four of these during the free sew.

I took this picture so I could remember how to start this even though I have the pattern. Joan is so with it and will now have four Christmas presents done.....go figure.
